What we collect
Through the quote form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, roof type, project details, and any photos you choose to upload. We also collect basic analytics data (page views, approximate region, referring source) to understand which articles and tools are useful.
How we use it
We use your contact information and project details for one purpose: to match you with licensed local roofing contractors who cover your ZIP code. Those contractors receive your submission directly and contact you for a quote. We may also send you a follow-up email about your request.
How we share it
Your quote information is shared with the contractors we match you with — typically up to four local roofers. We do notsell, rent, or trade your information to data brokers, lead aggregators, or anyone outside the network you agreed to be matched with. If you want to stop a contractor from contacting you, reply to their email or block their number; we don't control their communications after the handoff.
Cookies and analytics
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed into any admin tools and to remember your form progress. Analytics are aggregated and don't include personally identifying information.
Requesting changes or deletion
You can ask us to delete, update, or stop using your information at any time. Email privacy@roofquotesnearme.com and include the email address or phone number you used when submitting your quote request. We'll confirm within a few business days.
Children's privacy
This site is for homeowners and prospective buyers. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please email us and we'll remove it.
